I have been using coaching and mentoring skills since 2005. I work with clients who want to develop themselves professionally and personally, supporting them to be more effective leaders. This could improve productivity and enhance business growth. Apart from the health sector, I work with a wide variety of businesses including e-Commerce, the retail sector, solopreneurs and business start-ups.

Having 5 years’ experience reporting on patient complaints on behalf of the General Dental Council, I have broad experience in customer relations. This gives me deep insights into customer satisfaction which I now harness to help you increase your customer base and enhance your business growth.
Throughout my career, I have experienced coaching and mentoring myself, without which my business and I would have remained stagnant. Now, as a Professional Leadership Coach and Mentor, I use a combination of techniques and tools to help move you forwards, personally and professionally towards your goals.
