What should I prepare for my initial consultation?
It is helpful if you have an idea of what you would like to get out of the session. Some clients are clear about the ideal outcome they are looking for. However, in my experience, most people have a foggy idea of what they want. That does not matter as I will help gain some clarity.

So what does this involve?
Contact me and we can start a conversation. Set aside some time, just for you, with no interruptions. This session is all about you and for you. It might feel rather indulgent, but you need this time if you are to be at your best to deliver your best to all those who depend on you.
What is your approach?
My clients have commented that I have a warm, informal and empathic approach. My aim is to help you understand yourself more and to work on solutions. I do this by using different tools, my skills and experience.

I am not in the healthcare sector. Are you still able to help me?
I have worked with a broad spectrum of businesses including E-commerce and the retail sector. In my experience, although all businesses are different, there are many similarities. For example, we all need to communicate and your business needs to grow; the mere act of stagnation could mean falling behind your competitors. All businesses encounter problems somewhere along the way and these require solutions. I work with you to set out your vision and strategy.
