My Story

I started my working life as a dentist in England and have more than 35 years’ experience in dentistry. In 2005 I bought my own dental practice and over the years I transformed it into a thriving private practice which I then sold in 2018. Throughout my career, friends and colleagues sought me out to discuss their challenges in their careers and lives. I was told that they valued my insights which helped them gain confidence in themselves and helped them grow personally and professionally.

Running a business whilst trying to raise a young family was a constant juggle which I struggled with. I was coached and inspired to believe in myself. I am now trained as a Leadership Coach and Mentor (CMI Level 7) and have since written articles about coaching and mentoring in dentistry in the British Dental Journal https://rdcu.be/ckjcH . https://rdcu.be/cl4hJ https://rdcu.be/cnKHT I continue to support dentists in their careers and businesses.

I now coach and mentor business owners from other backgrounds, including e-commerce and the retail sector. My skills include identifying possibilities and opportunities. My broad experience in the healthcare sector gives me a deep understanding about customer satisfaction and I use this to help businesses grow and to motivate team members.

My aim is to help you develop and grow, both professionally and personally, and to move your forwards from where you are now. This could mean developing new strategies, changing direction and overcoming resistance. It could mean improving productivity and growing your businesses. It could mean being a leader instead of just being the boss. It could mean changing your lifestyle and moving forwards after significant changes in your life.
